Guess the Country Quiz

Clues from capital, currency and continent — guess the country.

Guess the mystery country from clues — a worldle-style daily-feel challenge you can replay as many times as you want, free and with no signup.

How guess the country works

You get clues about a hidden country and narrow it down guess by guess. Each guess tells you something new, so it plays like a deduction puzzle rather than a memory test. Unlike the once-a-day puzzle games, you can replay immediately — no waiting until tomorrow, no account.

Strategy: cut the world in half every guess

Good players do not start with a hunch. They start with a guess that splits the possibilities:

  1. Open wide. Start with a large, central country — something like Brazil, India or Egypt — so the feedback rules out whole regions at once.
  2. Move by continent, not by country. Once a continent is ruled out, never guess inside it again.
  3. Use size clues. If the answer is a small country, immediately drop the twenty largest from consideration.
  4. Remember the islands. Island nations are the most common blind spot — Fiji, Maldives, Comoros, Cape Verde, Malta, Bahrain, Seychelles.
  5. Learn the neighbours. Most puzzles are won by knowing which countries border which; the borders quiz is direct practice for exactly that.
